We achieve and maintain certification to consistently provide product that meets customer expectations, complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhances customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including continual improvement of the system processes.
How We Do It
- Achieved initial ISO 9002 certification on March 18, 1999
- Since then, 23 Surveillance Audits have been conducted by ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. along with one scope expansion upgrade to QS 9000:1998 on July 12, 2001
- Completed the Transition Audit Upgrade to ISO 9001:2008 on August 18, 2009
- Completed ISO 9001:2015 certification in January 2017
